2011 is shaping up to be quite the year for games. We've got huge blockbuster titles hitting store shelves this spring and fall, but oddly enough, one of the most anticipated games of this year is already upon us. Of course I'm talking about the sequel to one of the PS3's most beloved games, Little Big Planet 2, the side-scrolling, plat-former that brings a whole new meaning to user created content.
LBP 1 was praised for giving players the tools to make full-fledged levels and then giving them the ability to share them with the entire world, but there were still some aspects that could've been improved. It seems as though Little Big Planet 2 could fulfill everyone's wish of streamlining the creative process and making it even easier for talented, creative players to construct whatever masterpiece there brains can conceive. We won't really know until the game hits stores tomorrow, but judging from the latest batch of trailers and gameplay footage, it sure looks like Little Big Planet 2 won't disappoint.
