Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and NetherRealm Studios have announced the details of a demo for the highly-anticipated Mortal Kombat reboot. The demo will deliver the chance to master iconic warriors Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Mileena and Johnny Cage in two of the games most renowned arenas – the Living Forest and the Pit. The demo features the arcade ladder for one or two players.
Now, as for when you’ll get your hands on this tasty morsel of Mortal Kombat – the answer is “it depends”. The demo will be available exclusively for PlayStation Plus members globally on March 8th and then open to all PSN users worldwide on March 15th. The demo will later be available for download on XBLA, although no specific date was given.
Of course, we’ll keep you posted on new details as they emerge. Mortal Kombat is scheduled to release in mid-April on both the PS3 and 360.

A chance to try a game first is always welcome.
But what I don’t understand, is why the game is listed on Amazon.ca for $60 on 360, but $70 on PS3. Does anyone know ?
