If you’re anything like me, you really never get tired of buying the original Final Fantasy. And, to that end, the RPG that’s anything but final is now headed to PSN in Europe along with its first (but certainly not last) sequel.
Final Fantasy in all its revamped glory will be hitting Europe’s PSN service on Feb 16th, followed by Final Fantasy II on March 2. Both games will run you €9.99 but you can cut that in half by picking up Dissidia Duodecim Final Fantasy which includes a coupon for the original FF and The 3rd Birthday, which has a coupon for FF II.
No official word on a release in North America but we’ll keep our chocobo-spies on the case.

I was just looking to buy/download this on the North American PSN last week only to be disappointed. Here’s hoping we see it too.
The classic turn-based RPGs of my childhood lend themselves so perfectly to handheld goodness.
Final Fantasy II has always been my favorite (call me the odd one out). Not having owned a current portable, I have yet to enjoy the HD remakes. Will be buying…….if I had a PS3 :( ‘PC only gamer’
I was interested, but 10$ (or probably 10€ for that matter…) are way too much for me.
Hell! yes? I only own these games once already… and another portion of my money goes to Square. But wait now, that could mean it was going towards a GOOD new final fantasy, oh the lies we tell ourselves…
