2K Games plans to submit The Protector Trials for certification at the end of January and the DLC should be live shortly after, according to Elizabeth on the 2K forums.

Minerva’s Den is still coming, although it’s on track for certification at the beginning of March.
2K is also working on patches for PC players, and while a full list isn’t yet available, Elizabeth promised updated mouse sensitivity and exterminated v-sync bug issues.
