If you're like me, you've probably been putting hours and hours of time into CoD: Black Ops, maybe even more than you'd like to admit, and while Black Ops is just as addicting as ever, why not give it a break and dive back into the other multiplayer behemoth that was launched a month before, Halo: Reach.

Now, I'm not saying you have to, but this new Noble Map Pack may get you interested in suiting up and fighting along your fellow Spartan brethren for a couple of weeks, or until you need your next fix of Black Ops.

For those who don't know, the Noble Map Pack contains three new maps: Anchor 9, Breakpoint and Tempest, and is still touting the good old Halo map pack price tag of 800 MS Points. I'll more than likely pick it up once classes end, it'll be a nice change from all the "Brackoobee" of Black Ops.

  2. i dont get this whole Halo thing. Its one thing to like shooters, but ones with a mediocre story. stupid enemies and bad ai is another.

  4. if you like halo reach, and i count myself as someone who does, these well-designed maps will be a welcome addition. they’re diverse and offer new multiplayer experiences.

and due to the way halo is made these are experiences you wont find in most shooters (a zero grav room within a larger map? not likely to be in the next call of duty).

  6. The “Thing” is, no one buys Halo for the in game story/ single player, and they havent after Halo 2′s crummy cliffhanger ending. People buy Halo for multiplayer and nothing else.

  8. Halo has an amazing story. Have you played Reach? The enemy ai is far from stupid.
