Looking to stuff some virtual stockings or just enjoy a bit more Battlefield: Bad Company 2 for yourself over the upcoming holiday? Well, consider yourself in luck as EA has today announcedthat the Vietnam expansion pack for BFBC2 will hit Steam and the EA Store on December 18 for PC and then on December 21 for both Xbox Live and PSN.
The content includes new weapons and new vehicles for you to enjoy across the game’s four new maps – all of which will of course have a nifty new Vietnam theme. Additional trophy/achievements will be included too. The content will cost $14.99 or 1200 MS Points.

Now the question is are the PC gamers going to see Map Pack 7 before we see Vietnam.
PC gamers are not feeling the love (when consoles get maps first and PC gamers are left in the dark as to when they’ll be getting their piece). I wonder if this current ideology will continue with Battlefield 3 considering it’s main focus is “supposed” to be on the PC platform.
EDIT: Never mind… spoke too soon. The official blog contains not only information on the Vietnam release date but also on the fact MP7 is out tomorrow! Woot! Finally!
Thanks DK, you could have mentioned that before I went off embarassing myself feeling like DICE would sooner announce the Vietnam pack than let PC gamers know when to expect MP7. ;)
AWESOME! Been waiting for this, i am only missing 1 original Trophy to Plat, Stupid Knife five friends.
Ill most likely pick this up later for the simple fact im to deep into black ops at the moment and don’t want to jump ship to quickly sorry Ea a bit to late for my money right now
