The Latest

During GDC 2011, web-based gaming service OnLive laid out some upcoming facets of the service for potential partners. One of those things mentioned was in-game voice chat, whichOnLive said would be coming by the end of the year… if by ‘year’ you mean ‘month.’
OnLive players can enable the voice chat beta feature right now, which gives access to two chat channels: an open-mic for in-game and push-to-talk for spectating. The OnLive micro-console will add support for Bluethooth headsets while corded/USB mics are supported on both PC and Mac.
Ready to to do some trash-talking OnLive style? Is making frag-victims cry the one feature holding back the service? Thumb your mic and leave your comments!
