Bioware and EA 2D have announced that the closed beta for the Dragon Age II Facebook tie-in game, Dragon Age Legends, has begun – giving you all the more reason to waste away your life on the social networking platform.

For those that don’t know, in addition to allowing you to show your love for the franchise on Facebook, Legends will allow you to unlock several in-game items for use in Dragon Age II when the game is released in March. These items include Evra’s Might, Evra’s Trophy Bell, and the Air of Confidence (which many a Facebooker already seems to have…)

Also, It’s worth mentioning that those of you who are accepted into the closed beta will receive a Jade Empire-inspired set of armor for use in Legends, which is pretty excellent if you remember how cool Jade Empire was…
