The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim‘s Creation Kit will allow PC users to mod the game when it is released Nov. 11, according to official word on the Bethesda forums.

Looks like the possibilities when playing Skyrim are sky-high.

The Creation Kit was previously mentioned in GameInformer’s Skyrim feature, although Bethesda withheld information about what it would actually do. Bethesda is notoriously transparent with its RPG toolsets, and it’s nice to know, for certain, that Skyrim won’t be breaking the successful mold.

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is due for release Nov. 11, 2011 for PC, Xbox 360 and PS3.
