The departure of several members of the development company might have made some gamers worry about the future of the series. The good news is that Modern Warfare 3 is slated to be released in November, on schedule with the usual development cycle, but according to Kotaku and other sources, Infinity Ward is not alone in its race to finish the new Modern Warfare title.

Sledgehammer is reportedly working on the Single player version of the game while Infinity Ward is focusing on the ever important Multiplayer.
