In its new trailer (see below), Dungeon Defenders: First Wave describes itself as an “online, tower defense, action, role-playing game!” Whew – that’s a lot of things to be, especially for a mobile game. But more importantly, though, is that it is the first game using the Unreal Engine to appear on the Android platform.
The game, which is already out on the iOS platform for $2.99, hopes to bring the frenzy with it that Infinity Blade brought to the iOS devices when it releases on December 23rd. Of course, it remains to be seen if that will be the case, but it certainly opens a door for Android owners everywhere.
Now, given the many different configurations of Android devices, the game may not work with all of them. But check below the trailer for a list of system requirements and devices on which the game has already been tested and let us know if you are planning to get this game. Or, if you have already played Dungeon Defenders: First Wave, let us know your thoughts!
